Boone Trail Campground Guest Agreement and Campground Policies

Welcome to Boone Trail Campground! To ensure a safe and relaxing stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following guidelines.

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: Starts at 1:00 PM. Please check in at the front office upon arrival.

  • Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional fees ($15 per hour) if not pre-arranged. 

🚗 Vehicle & Transportation Policy

  • Permitted Vehicles: Each site is limited to one (1) RV and one (1) personal passenger vehicle (car, SUV, or pickup truck).

  • Prohibited Motorized Vehicles: For the safety and peace of our guests, the use of Golf Carts, ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, Dirt Bikes, Go-Carts, or Motorized Scooters is strictly prohibited within the park.

  • Speed Limit: A strict 5 MPH speed limit is enforced throughout the park at all times.

  • Parking: All vehicles must be parked on your designated site pad. No parking on the grass or in empty neighboring sites. 

🤫 Quiet Hours & Guest Conduct

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please turn off bright exterior lights, loud music, and generators during this time.

  • Site Maintenance: Keep your site clean and free of trash. Do not hang clotheslines or store unsightly items outside your RV.  No rugs on the grass areas.  Please keep rugs on gravel.

  • Courtesy: Do not cut through neighbor campsites.  

  • Alcohol: Consumption is permitted at your site only; please use concealed containers in common areas. 

🐾 Pet Policy

  • Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a leash (max 6ft) whenever they are outside your RV.

  • Clean Up: You must pick up after your pet immediately. Waste stations are located throughout the park.

  • Behavior: Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. 

  • No pet shall be tied outside and left unattended for any period of time.

🔌 Utilities & Safety

  • Sewer Hookups: A watertight sewer seal (elbow or donut) is required for all connections.

  • Fire Safety: Fires are allowed in provided fire rings only. Never leave a fire unattended.

  • Prohibited: Fireworks, firearms, and illegal drugs are strictly forbidden. 

  • Vehicle and Bicycle Policy All vehicles, including cars, trucks, bicycles, and e-bikes, must obey a 5 MPH speed limit at all times. Vehicles must remain on designated gravel roads only. Driving or riding on grass, campsites, or pond areas is strictly prohibited.

  • Prohibited Activities Swimming, wading, or boating in the pond is strictly prohibited. Golf, ATVs, go-carts, side-by-sides, or similar recreational vehicles are not permitted. Driving or biking on non-designated areas is prohibited.

  • Firewood Policy Outside firewood is not permitted due to the risk of introducing pests and disease. Firewood may be purchased from the campground and will be delivered directly to your site by staff.

  • Enforcement Policy Failure to follow campground rules and policies will result in immediate removal from the property without refund. 

  • Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests agree to release and hold harmless Boone Trail Campground, its owners, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from their stay. Responsibility Guests are fully responsible for their own safety, all members of their party, their pets, and any damage caused to campground property. Guest Acknowledgment By booking a reservation and/or entering Boone Trail Campground, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all campground policies, agree to abide by all rules, accept that violations may result in removal without refund, and voluntarily assume all risks associated with camping and outdoor activities.
